Our IP65-rated stand-up pouch packaging machine handles pre-made bags, zipper bags, and flat pouches with full washdown capability. The dual-servo drive eliminates cam-and-lever mechanisms, reducing lubrication points and contamination risks.

Preserve freshness with MAP and vacuum. For oxygen-sensitive products like coffee, nuts, dried meats, or ready meals, integrate gas flushing (modified atmosphere packaging) to replace oxygen with nitrogen. For wet or frozen products, add vacuum packaging to remove air and extend shelf life. Both options are available on the same platform.

Traceability is built in. A customizable coder (thermal transfer, inkjet, or hot stamp) prints batch codes, expiration dates, QR codes, or nutritional info directly onto each pouch. Coordinates with the dual-servo system for perfect registration.

Fast changeover meets sanitation. Smooth, open-frame design with sloped surfaces prevents product buildup. Quick bag change between formats takes under 5 minutes, and all contact parts are removable for cleaning. Optional stainless steel construction for aggressive environments.

Filling head options: volumetric cup for grains/sugar, piston pump for sauces/pastes (up to 8,000 cPs), auger for fine powders, or multi-head weigher for sticky snacks.
